This study examines the client referral and material support network structures and the network governance model of the public and private social service related organizations in Namyangjoo Si, which experimented the private and public cooperating case management system in delivering social services by lunching so called the "Hope Care Centers." The findings show that the both networks belong to the lead organization-governed network model. Even though the lead organizations are different between the client referral and material support networks, the "Hope Care Centers" belong to the lead organizations in both networks. Therefore, their roles seem to be consistent with their original organizational purpose providing coordinated case management through networking. Besides them, the mental health center, the city case management team and city hope care team, the community welfare center for seniors, the child protection agency, a local work-rehabilitation center and a hospital belonged to the lead organizations. It also discussed the possible problems of the revealed network structure and came up with policy implications.
